  • Issue - Premiere Pro always crashes when transcribing
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 25.1.0
  • Operating system - macos sequoia 15.2
  • System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
  • macbook pro m2 max 32 gb ram, different ssd hard drives, extenal and internal
  • Mostly xavc-l 10bit uhd 422 50p from a sony FX3 original or converted to prores before import.
  • Workflow details: Just clips in a folder then added to a large sequence for logging.
  • Steps to reproduce - (Very important!)
  • 1. Create new project
  • 2. import lots of clips
  • 3. click on transcribe or turn on auto transcription or transcribe a sequence
  • Expected result - transcribe the clips
  • Actual result -  premiere shuts down and lets me send an error report

Thanks for your help, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled twice now - no folder was remaining in macos applications so i didnt have to delete it manually. Still the same. btw I am transcribing in german. I sent the error report about 40 times - a lot of times with contact details, does anyone ever read those reports? Just out of curiosity.
