Premiere Pro Automatically Resets Settings When Opening a Project

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro and have encountered a serious issue. Whenever I open a project, the software automatically resets my settings (preferences and workspace), and my custom presets do not appear.
I uninstall and install it again in Creative Cloud but it can't solve my problem.
I need assistance with resolving this problem!

@violec_8945 When you save a workspace or change a setting or save a preset, that information is saved in Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > [version number] > Profile-[name], where the name is of the user account on the computer.

What you're describing sounds like something is blocking Premiere Pro from saving your settings, so each time you restart they are back to normal. Are you using any kind of user folder syncing system like OneDrive? Could you open that Documents location I described and see if you can find the folder I mentioned? Could you check the permissions on that Profile folder?

Never easy to troubleshoot premiere problems from a distance so please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed for Premiere...   Wondering if this could be a permissions issue on your startup drive?   You might try creating a new user on your computer with adminisitrator privileges and see if the problem persists when you sign in from that user.  Post back if you have any questions on how to do this
