Premiere Pro Consistently Freezing and Crashing - Urgent Assistance Needed

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with Adobe Premiere Pro. Whenever I try to open any project or start a new project and import clips, the program consistently freezes and crashes. I've tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the problem:

  1. Imported project files into a new project – didn't work.
  2. Cleared media cache – didn't work.
  3. Reset preferences – didn't work.
  4. Restarted my computer – didn't work.
  5. Updated my graphics driver – didn't work.
  6. Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro – didn't work.

At this point, I'm completely lost and unsure of what to do next. This issue is severely affecting my ability to work on my projects, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions anyone can provide to help resolve this issue.

@Kevin-Monahan @mattchristensen Hi, I'm still having the same issue and haven't been able to work on any projects. If you can please let me know what I can do to fix this or what could potentially be causing this and how I can fix it, It would be incredibly appreciated!

Hi @cathrinejaber,

Are you using Premiere Pro Beta or 24.6.1?

Thanks,
Kevin

@cathrinejaber Please submit a few crash reports using that window, and in the field that asks for your email, put in an email address. You can them private message me here on the forum to let me know which email you used and I can look for your crash reports in our database to see what's going on.

The latest version of premiere pro, and yes if I don't force quit the app I do get a window asking me to submit a crash report

@cathrinejaber Which version of Premiere Pro are you using? Do you ever see a dialog window appear talking about submitting a crash report, and do you submit the crash report with your email address?
