premiere pro crash

my premiere pro is crashing a lot. so i downgraded the version to 24.3 then also it keeps on crashing. before may 31st everything was good. need a solution for this

    We would need many more specifics, to provide useful guidance.


    If downgrading to 24.3 didn't change anything, what's the significance of the May 31st date? 

    What user actions seem to provoke this crashing behavior? 
    Can you create a new empty project in PPro, without it crashing?
