**Bug Summary:** Premiere Pro crashes consistently at the home screen with a low-level exception, persisting after a full uninstall/reinstall.

**Error Message:** "A low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (Player:5)" This only appears if I am in a project. Does not appear at home screen.

App crashes every time, roughly 1 minute after launch. This began when attempting to open a large video project on or after May 8, 2026. The issue escalated to affecting the entire application. A full wipe of all Adobe files from the system followed by a clean reinstall did not resolve the issue — Premiere Pro remains completely unusable.

Noteworthy: The setup ran without issues for several months prior to May 8th

**Troubleshooting Already Attempted:**
- Reinstalled Premiere Pro
- Fully wiped all Adobe files from PC and performed a clean reinstall

**Environment:** Windows 11 | AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (16 GB) | 32 GB RAM | Premiere Pro 26.2.2

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. Do a clean installation of a Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Rolling back the graphics card seems to have made it work. Thanks, Peru Bob!
