Premiere Pro crashing all the time randomly

Hello! I've been using Premiere Pro for years now for video editing but recently it just keeps crashing no matter what project I'd like to do. And I can't do anything except for moving the timeline. I just started a new project, didn't do anything except for cutting the breaks between the speech, and it crashed again. I tried reopening a few times. Restarting my computer, restarting premier with the option button, clearing catches and disabling 3rd party, resetting preferences, NOTHING WORKS. I have a 2022 MacBook Pro 13 inch so, which is never overheated so I Don't think that would be the issue either.. Please Fix this because it is getting really annoying.
