Premiere Pro crashing when working with Sony FX6 files - Windows 11 Pro

When I work with MXF files (Codec AVC-Long) from my FX6 camera, after 30 or more minutes, Premiere Pro crashes, and as soon as I reopen it, it crashes almost every time after 2-3 minutes. It's not even 4k, just FullHD. Of course, creating proxies helps, but it should not behave that way. We are a company and this affects all our PCs, but on Mac, everything is fine.

And weirdly, there are no crash logs under:

C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe\Premiere Pro\24.0\SentryIO-db\reports

Premiere Pro: 24.6.4

Windows 11 Pro

Graphic card: NVIDIA Quadro P4000

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10940X CPU @ 3.30GHz
Installed RAM: 32,0 GB

The file info can be found in the attached file.

If you have any ideas, any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

TeleBielingue

Hi @jamieclarke. Thank's for the advice!

We'll try with the version 25.5

Something that we don't understand is that all the issues we have are on Windows. On Mac everything works well, with the exact same files and same PP version

What do you think about that?

Hi @TeleBielingue5CA1 - Thank you for sending the sample file. I was able to reproduce the crash in version 24.6.8, but I don’t see the issue in version 25.5. I recall there was a problem with MXF files in version 24 that was resolved in version 25. Would you be able to upgrade to version 25.5 to see if that resolves the issue on your end?

Hi @TeleBielingue5CA1 - Can you send a sample file to jamiec@adobe.com

Hi Jamie, thank you for your answer.

I checked the settings, everything is set to "No Input"

Do you have another idea?

Hi @TeleBielingue - Can you check your audio hardware settings and make sure Default Input is set to "No Input"

Hi again @jamieclarke

Updating Premiere to the most recent LTS version 24.6.8 unfortunately didn't solve our issue.

Hi Jamie, thank you for the quick answer. Absolutely :

The driver version of my GPU is : 32.0.15.8115

No catalyst, no third party plugins or panels installed, and I did not receive any crash report dialog box.

I am going to try the latest LTS version and see if anything changes, thank you.

Hi @TeleBielingue -  Thanks for submitting your bug report and the information you have provided.. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.

What driver version is your GPU?  You can find the version in device manager > displays

Do you have sony catalyst installed?

Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?

Do you receive a crash report dialog box?

Currently the latest LTS version is 24.6.8 can you try updating and let us know if that helps your issue?

Sorry for the frustration.
