Premiere Pro export fails with Accelerated Renderer Error when rendering AE Impact Text Animator

Issue:

Premiere Pro fails to render/export certain sections of my project and produces an Accelerated Renderer Error. The error specifically identifies AE.AE_Impact_Text_Animator / Text Animator of type AEVideoFilter.

Error:

Error compiling movie
Accelerated Renderer Error — Unable to produce frame
Rendering effect: AE.AE_Impact_Text_Animator
Component: Text Animator of type AEVideoFilter
Error code: -1609629690

What happens:

The error occurs at different points in the timeline where this text animation is used. For example, it occurred around 00:03:50 in one instance and around 00:08:17 in another. The project can take an extremely long time to render/export, and these errors prevent the render from completing.

Expected result:

Premiere Pro should render the text animation normally and complete the export without an Accelerated Renderer Error.

System:

Windows 11
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
32 GB RAM
NVIDIA Studio driver

    Hello Amy!! Appreciate you guys getting back with me. I was able to do the rendering after nvidia driver update, premiere update and system update. 🥲

    Welcome to the Premiere Forums. I’m having a hard time replicating this issue so we could use some more information. 

     

    Do the clips at 00:03:50 and 00:08:17 have any other effects on them, aside from Text Animator? If you remove Text Animator effect and reapply, does it render? Could we get a screen snip of the Properties Panel and Timeline with one of those clips selected to try and replicate any effect layering around that those times?

     

    It could also help us to receive the project file to examine the timeline on our end. Let us know if you’re willing and able to share that with us and I can DM you a private upload link to share with our engineers.

     

    Also, can you please confirm the Studio Driver version number? Has there been a driver update?

    It could still help us to know if the clips at 00:03:50 and 00:08:17 (or wherever the render is failing) have any other effects on them, aside from Text Animator? If you remove Text Animator effect and reapply, does it render?
