Premiere Pro fails to remember bin settings

Hi everyone,

I use just under 60 saved templates for my edits in the funeral livestreaming industry.

My PC:

Win 11 Pro

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable)

Issue:

As of approximately two to three updates ago, my templates won't remember their bin settings, which are very specific. I have reported this on a forum before, but not as a bug.

Two bins are in List View Ascending Order, Project and one other, but often appear as Icon View Sort by User Order when the template is re-opened.

Four bins are saved in Icon View, Sort by Label, but invariably open in List View, Descending Order.

Resetting these bins every time I open a template wastes considerable time in the edit setup.

My process is: Copy/paste a template from its folder to a new job folder, rename to job title, open that instance of PP and begin to add assets.
