Premiere Pro made my pc not start correctly

Hello, yesterday i downloaded premiere pro using my free trial i activated, once i installed premiere pro, i opened it, tried to create a project and i tried to export something, the export said 0% so i googled why, restarted premiere pro and tried to create new project, upon pressing create new project my pc went black, i could move my mouse but i tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, that didn't work, tried to reset my graphics card using the shortcut Win+Ctrl+Shift+B that didn't work also, so i then force stopped my pc, i also want to clarify my laptop screen is broken so i cannot see what is happening after it boots into windows login screen. I then pressed the power button, i waited for 40 seconds, i was wondering what is going on because it usually starts faster, i waited longer and realised its not turning on, i started to get really scared i waited for 3 minutes still not booting, i shut it off, tried to boot it again, still nothing, i then turned it off and went somewhere legit panicking almost, came back, tried to turn it on again didn't work, but i then thought to wait about 10 minutes, i waited, i turned it on, and it booted into windows. I was thinking wtf is going on, i restarted my pc again to see if it won't work, it didn't work, waited again and it worked after a few tries, i then used my pc for a little bit, shut it off and went to sleep, i woke up, tried to start it and it didnt start, waited 5 minutes, didnt work, waited 10 and still the same, after a few tries of just turning off and on and waited 40 seconds because i was just tired as hell thinking now its actually done for, it somehow turned on, but i didn't even wait for 5 or 10 minutes or so. I ofcourse remembered it started doing this after it made my pc black and unresponsive only my mouse, i then thought f**k it ill risk it because i didn't want to keep troubling with my pc to turn it on, i then uninstalled adobe premiere media encoder and premiere pro itself and the app thing where i can manage all apps, restarted my pc and it started fine, i then restarted it 3 more times. premiere pro was the issue my pc wasnt starting correctly. the issue definitely was premiere pro because why could i restart my pc 3 times after uninstalling premiere pro after finally turning my pc on after many tries. I will provide pc specs, drivers, if requested. Would help alot if you knew what was causing my pc to act like this because of Premiere Pro. Thanks.
