Premiere Pro SDK 2026 Win, ExporterSDK fails loading with error code: 2685337601

Built the ExporterSDK example plugin from Premiere Pro SDK 2026 WIN on Visual Studio 2022 (v17.14.25) with build tools v143.
The plugin fails to load on both Adobe After Effect v26.0 and Adobe Media Encoder v26.0.

From the logs:

Invalid registry entry found so the plugin will be loaded from disk.
