Premiere projects exporting with major errors

  • Issue – Premiere projects exporting with audio errors, and twice now I have had videos export with 30 seconds completely frozen and missing

  • Expected result – It’s a game of dice now - sometimes it works but mostly there are errors

  • Operating system – MacOS Sonoma 14.1.2

    What errors are you seeing, can you post a screenshot?

    Thanks. The screenshots wouldn’t show anything. The exported videos are being exported fully, and only with quality check does it show the errors: missing audio and freezed frames, in one export the audio said “sary” instead of “solidarity”, in another the audio didn’t match up to the video at all. There have been 5 videos with major errors in total in the last day. I am trying to update to the newest, or will download an earlier version of premiere

    Hi ​@allygutes - Do you have any third party plugins or panels installed?  Are you using any effects?  Can you share a screenshot of your Sequence Settings and Timeline?
