Presets Reset to Default After Updating to Premiere Pro 2025

After updating to Premiere Pro 2025, I noticed that my saved presets still appear, and the effects inside them are there, but all the effect settings have reset to their default values. In other words, the structure of the preset is intact, but none of the custom settings I originally saved are preserved.

I’ve already re-imported the presets, reset preferences, and cleared the cache, but none of that helped.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix or workaround for this? Any help or links to relevant discussions would be appreciated
