Preview Screen goes offset

Hi everyone, I enabled the Preview monitor and as soon as I touch any video sources in the timeline it extends into the other monitor. I tried to:

- clear the cache

- reboot Premiere and the PC

- uninstall and reinstall Premiere

- update GPU drivers

Nothing of this solved the problem

I need to Alt+Tab into another window and reopen the Premiere window
