Problema com o Premiere Pro nas edições

Olá pessoal!

Faz uns 2 dias que estou com problema no Premiere, quando eu entro nele e abro um projeto, nada aparece, nada mesmo, abre a seção para editar mas fica tudo escuro sem nenhuma palavra. Após eu clicar no menu lá em cima, em qualquer opção, parece que o premiere atualiza e aparece tudo de novo. Porém não consigo editar, pois não atualiza os movimentos que faço. Se eu faço um corte, ele não movimenta o corte na timeline de edição.
Já limpei cachê e resetei as opções.

Meu pc:
Windows 11
Ryzen 2600x
RAM 16gb
Placa de vídeo RTX 2060

Fonte 750w gold

Isso passou a acontecer a pouco. Eu havia instalado o AutoCut, depois removi e mesmo assim não adiantou.

    Hi @Kevin-Monahan 

    I try reinstall the program and delete the extension files. When the project folder is open in one of the windows, it seems to freeze the editing timeline, so I hide the tab with the project folder and it works again, I only open it when I import a file. Now it's ok, thanks for helping.

      Wow, weird, Wander.

      It sounds like you still have a bug, but it might be with just this project. I hope that you can work around the issue for now.

       

      You might want to check to see if the same happens in a brand-new project. If not, you can import the old project into the new one. That can often work.

      Try Windows > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout.

      Hi Kevin, thanks for replying.

      The sequence is open, but with some features. When I click on some of the options in the top menu, the entire interface works normally again. However, when I grab a file and move, or cut, or change it, even when I perform the action, nothing happens, but when I click again on the timeline, the actions I performed are updated. Did you understand?

      I can even record the screen to show how it is malfunctioning in this way.

      It seems that the UI is all visually buggy, although the editing occurs in the file, the editing appears in the preview, in the project itself where it is edited, it does not update and I cannot see if I cut or moved...

      Thanks for filing your bug report. It looks as though your sequence is not open. Can you double-click on a sequence in the Project panel? I hope that works for you.
