Productions: Automate to Sequence copies clips instead of referencing source project
Issue
In a Production, using Automate to Sequence copies clips into the destination project instead of referencing the original project that contains the media.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a Production.
- Create Project A and import media into it.
- Create Project B and create an empty sequence.
- Open Project B and make the sequence active in the Timeline.
- Open Project A, select clips in the Project panel.
- Choose Clip > Automate to Sequence and complete the operation.
Expected result
Clips placed into the sequence in Project B should reference the media in Project A, consistent with normal Productions behaviour.
Actual result
Premiere Pro duplicates the clips into Project B, creating new project-local instances of the media instead of referencing Project A.
