Productions: Cross Project Media Referencing ... as it applies to Effects on a Source Clip

Here's a video for Productions-based issue, maybe I'll post a better video example later.

TL;DR In a Production, I brought a "Project-1" Clip into a "Project-2" Sequence, but can't paste the Lumetri Color effect from the Clip to the Source level in "Project 2". I can go back to "Project 1", apply Effect to the Source Clip in a Sequence, & it trickles throughout.

1. Issue: In a regular Premiere Pro Project, I'm able to copy/paste an effect (like Lumetri Color) after adjusting at a "Clip Instance"-level to the "Source Clip"-level.

HOWEVER, in a Premiere Pro Production, Cross-Project Media Referencing for Source Clip-level effects doesn't work across the board. I have to open the media in its Origin Project & apply Source Clip-level effects there (in a Sequence NATIVE to that Project) for it to trickle to the rest of clips throughout the Production.

I'm unable to apply the Source Clip-level effect in a Project that doesn't have that media as an Origin.

App: Premiere Pro 25.2.3 (Build 4)
Platform & OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.22631 Build 22631)

Why valuable? I'd like to paste Source Clip Effects without hunting down the Origin Media every time.

Allowing that pasting would break the 'XREF' (cross reference) from the source project.
