Productions Open Dialog box window displays root folder for the name of Production

Hi

I have a default folder structure I use for all projects. I work mainly in Productions projects.

-ROOT (Project Name)
--00_PRODUCTION (Production Project)

For some reason, after updating to 26.3.0(build93) all productions seem to take their name from the folder 00_PRODUCTION. 
 

I have reset preferences, cleared media caache, rebooted, and the problem persists.
