Project Manager problems

When i use project manager to save my original files to another folder it is not sending the files i selected. Instead its sending my entire memory card. Also it is creating sub folders for each individual clip.

Work flow,

Inport to premiere directly from Card, throw entire shoot into sequence, make my selects and delete what im not saving, project manager collect and copy sequence format DNx preset match source. Exlude unused include audio include preview. Im on mac using prem v26. Ive never had any issuse with files being transfered direclty to a new selects folder but for some resason the Nikon R3D clips have created a problem.
