ProRes 4444 visible as thumnails in Bin, but won't playback

Have a load of ProRes 4444. I can see the thumbnail when it's in the bin, but it's black on playback/nothing in a sequence. It won't playback on rollover when it's in the bin either.
I'm on Win 2024.3.0. It plays back in After Effects, so it seems to be a local problem with Prem, rather than the system.
Thanks.

Hi @Kevin-Monahan , They were Red Raw and DNG originally, the DIT transcoded them to 4444, so unsure of his method/platform/software. Could find out if it was helpful?

Hi @dingdongdingers,

Thanks for the info. Where did these ProRes 4444 files originate? Were they rendered out from a Mac using Apple Motion? If so, I have seen this issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Does the file have an alpha channel? I'm chasing down a similar issue now so any details you can provide may help us better understand the issue.
