Issue – Prores and DNxHR proxies freeze during playback when Shuttling

Steps to reproduce  

1. Create Prores or DNxHR Proxy
2. Shuttle left or right

Expected result – Playback should continue.

Actual result – Video playback freezes while audio continues

Adobe Premiere Pro version – 25.6.3

Operating system – Windows

GPU driver version (Windows only) – Geforce 591.44

Video format – Prores or DNxHR (.mov)
