Remix tool issues when opening file again

I love the remix tool, however it often happens that whenever I open the file back up the program does not apply the same remixing properties to the chopped audio. I almost never get the mix I want immediately, so I mostly chop the pieces I need from the remix and then move them around. Problem is that when I open the PR file again they are offline or unlinked. See image below for timeline screenshot of what I mean.

For now I just export it and have a hard copy, but it would be nice to modify these files instead of having to start again from scratch.

    Hello, I found a fix kind of. Also sorry for the late resonse, hopefully this helps someone. If I click on the parts of the track that don't load and go into essential sound, or right click that audio track in the timeline, then click Remix Properties. Once in there if I change something, such as the segments from 5 to 5.1, it will reload the track, then I can change change it back to 5 again. So if you just mess with one of the settings, at least for me, it's forcing it to reload it.
