Rendering clips results in Display Color Management (DCM) shift in exported into clips

While rendering Canon R5 footage recorded in 8K MP4 ALL-I, there appears to be a color/contrast shift in the beginning and end points (first and last 3-4 seconds) of the clip. I have also tried transcoding the footage to ProRes 422 HQ in Me (no color shift), importing it into PP, viewing footage (no color shift), and then exporting, and the results are the same (colors flickered as if DCM was being turned on and off).  I have tried turning off Color management and found the same results.  I have tried disabling DCM, and the results are the same. It appears that the footage is flickering between the "Display Color Management" option in the exported footage.

System:

Win 11

I9-14900k

64GB Ram

RTX 5080

PP version 25.3.0

Hi @aaronjonellhall,

Thanks for submitting your bug report.  How are you viewing the export?  In Premiere or in a different player?  Also interesting, it's happening only at the beginning and end of the export?  How is it transitioning back to the right look?  Is it a hard cut or a fade - you said flicker, can you share a video of what you're seeing, or better yet, your exported file?  If you'd like to send them to me directly for privacy please feel free.  We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see: How do I report a Problem?  Sorry for the frustration, and thanks for reaching out.

It appears to only happen when transcoding or exporting into Prores.  When rendering normally, this does not happen.
