Rendering issue

Are there any one who facing issue while rendering in lastest version of premier pro, i was using 25.2 since 25.3 had Avchd audio peaking issue. I upgraded to 25.4 hoping they fixed the issue, along with I upgraded the encoder also then i started to face rendering issues, now i switch back to other version, its completely working - and the Playback Is very slow Even though I have powerfull desktop
