Repair error

I selected a sequence and exported it and the last thing to do was save and close the project 

After I was organizing the desktop and moved premiere projects to another file, open the exported media and the one of the two videos on line kinda self changed like bug because when i choose it immediatly shows the bar bellow, its not correct, not the video i was editting  

So i lost the sychronisity of the mask with the maching video and all of cuts 

Does anyone know  what to do??  

after hours of editing ! shoked me !
