Sequence Transcripts slow to reload and sometimes disappear
- Issue - When jumping between sequences (for example while pancake editing), transcripts are slow to load in the text panel. Also, sometimes transcripts won't load at all and the text panel says there is no dialogue present. Transcripts won't reload until preferences are reset.

- Steps to reproduce - editing from one sequence loaded with transcribed material into another
- Expected result - Transcripts should load immediately (this is already transcribed material)
- Actual result - Transcripts sometimes take over ten seconds to load or don't load at all and the Transcript panel says there is no dialogue to transcribe.
