Sequene zoom in and out not working properly via option and scroll

When I am using option + scroll wheel, It is having an issue, I am sharing video with you.

      Thanks for the video, that helps. We can see the zoom and scroll behaving unexpectedly.
       

      Could you let us know a bit more about your setup:

      - What mouse or trackpad are you using?
      - Are you using any third party mouse software or drivers?
      - What version of Premiere are you on?
      - What OS and version?
