Shortcuts cannot be used when entering Japanese or Korean on Windows

On a Windows computer
If the character input setting is "Japanese input (IME)" instead of "English input", the PremierePro shortcut will not work.

By the way, on Macintosh
Shortcuts work even when “Japanese input” is selected.

Some users have complained about what they can do with Macintosh but not with Windows.

Windowsパソコンにおいて
文字入力設定が、「英語入力」ではなく「日本語入力（IME）」になっていると、PremiereProのショートカットが効かない。

ちなみにMacintoshにおいては
「日本語入力」の時でも、ショートカットが効く。

Macintoshではできるのに、WIndowsで出来ないことで、一部のユーザーから不満の声があがっている。

한국어로 단축키 사용 불가
Windows(윈도우)에서 문자 입력 설정이 ‘영어‘가 아니라 ‘한국어’로 되어 있을 때 프리미어 프로에서 단축키 사용이 불가합니다.
Macintosh(맥)의 경우는 22.6.2 버전부터 한국어로 단축키 사용이 불가능해졌습니다.
한국 유저분들의 경우 윈도우와 맥 모두에서 한국어 단축키 사용이 되지 않는 불편함이 지속되고 있으며 한국 유저분들이 작업하실 때 큰 불편을 겪고 있습니다.
