"Show Guides" not working correctly in full-screen mode

In Premiere 26.0.1, when I create guides in the program monitor, they work fine. But when I switch to full screen, the guides are present but they are not correct.  See attached.  Running Premiere 26.0.1 on a 2025 Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.7.4

As a workaround, until this is fixed, create an image with guides and transparency in Photoshop and place it on a video track in Premiere Pro.

    Hi @dcs1977
Welcome to the Premiere community. Thank you for taking the time to report a problem. I can reproduce this on our end with 26.0.0, 26.0.1, as well as the BETA v26.2. We are currently looking into this and will have an update as soon as possible.

    Here to help.

Hi, I’m having a serious issue with Premiere Pro on Mac.

While editing, Premiere randomly loses audio output — even though system audio works normally outside Premiere.

Also, when I try to export, Premiere sometimes exports only the first frame of the sequence instead of the full video.

This started recently and now affects multiple projects.

I’m using Bluetooth headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4), but even reconnecting them only fixes audio temporarily.

I already restarted Premiere, reopened projects, and the problem keeps returning.

So I suspect this is a Premiere bug or audio/render engine issue.

I believe the issue is related to Bluetooth device conflicts after installing Premiere Pro 26.

Since updating, Premiere randomly loses audio output during editing.

macOS system audio continues working normally.

I use multiple Bluetooth devices (Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones, Sonos, peripherals), and Premiere seems to lose the audio routing when devices switch or sequences change.

Additionally, exports sometimes render only the first frame of the sequence.

This started only after installing version 26.

So I suspect a Bluetooth/audio engine conflict introduced in this version.

    Issue

Audio output randomly disappears in Premiere Pro 26 on macOS, especially when using Bluetooth audio devices. Additionally, export sometimes renders only the first frame.

    Steps to reproduce

    1. Open Premiere Pro 26 on macOS

    2. Import video with audio

    3. Play timeline → audio works

    4. Change sequence / edit / switch panels

    5. Audio disappears in Premiere (system audio still works)

    6. Reconnecting Bluetooth headphones restores audio

    7. Export sequence → sometimes only first frame renders

    Expected result

Audio should remain stable in Premiere regardless of Bluetooth device state.

    Export should render full sequence.

    Actual result

Premiere loses audio routing while macOS audio continues working.

Export occasionally renders only the first frame.

    Environment

    Premiere Pro: 26.x

    macOS: Tahoe (latest)

Audio devices: Sony WH-1000XM4 (Bluetooth), Sonos

    Multiple Bluetooth peripherals connected

    When did the issue begin

Immediately after installing Premiere Pro 26.

    Does it affect all projects?

    Yes, including new projects.

    I confirm that behavior, V26.01, win 11.
But, I wonder why you would need to see guides in the full screen mode, which is intended for previewing final video. Anyway, you can’t see masks, transform controls, crop controls and all other visual aids.

Glad to see it's not just me.  It's useful to toggle full screen mode with the guides on when I’m lining up text and graphics to the guides so it helps to toggle full screen on so I can see everything bigger.  Either way, its clearly not working correctly
