Show/hide tracks in Audio track mixer not working as intended

Hey, experiencing an issue with the Audio Track Mixer's pop out box for showing/hiding tracks. here is a video. 

I expect to select a track and uncheck the checkbox but when I click on it, it won't uncheck. but it will uncheck if I try and check, or even select another track. So in order for me to hide tracks, I need to do it 1 at a time by selecting the track I need to uncheck and then selecting on a track that I want to keep, so that way it will uncheck the previously selected track. If that makes sense.. you'll understand when you watch the video 😂

OS: Windows 11 Home (version: 10.0.25100 build 26100)

Hardware: Intel 13900k, RTX 4090, 64GB RAM

PP version: 25.5.0 (build 13)
