Since Premiere 26.0 exported mp4 videos no longer work properly in Hubspot

Exporting mp4’s from Premiere (either directly or via Media Encoder) the videos play fine locally.  Uploading them into Hubspot - where we create links to be embedded into (e.g.) social media posts - and the videos no longer play properly via the link.  The audio is fine - there is no video.

I’ve tried the above link on both Chrome and Edge browsers.

As I say - the “Andrew.mp4” video plays fine locally.

Prior to 26.0, importing videos worked fine.

The workaround… if I upload into Adobe Express and then download a new mp4, everything is fine.

I have tried this on both Windows (Intel) and Windows (Arm) platforms with the same result.
