Start Time - Can't Uncheck "Set as default for future sequences"

Hello,

I can't seem to keep "Set as default for future sequences" in the Start Time window UNCHECKED.

Steps I take:

1. Create new sequence

2. Open Start Time window

3. Set Start Time for 00:00:00:00

4. CHECK "Set as default for future sequences"

5. Click OK

6. Create another new sequence (sequence start time will be 00:00:00:00)

7. Open Start Time window

8. Set Start Time a new time (eg. 08:31:21:02)

9. "Set as default for future sequences" is ALREADY CHECKED. If I don't UNCHECK this the next new sequence I create will have 08:31:21:02 as Start Time).

I create hundreds of sequences and manually enter different Start Times for each. I would like the "Set as default for future sequences" to be ALWAYS UNCHECKED.

Thanks

Using Premiere Pro 2024 version 24.3.0 build 59

MacOS Ventura 13.6.6

Hi Bruce,

Still waiting on any updates to address this bug. It's been over a month now.

In the meantime, our other workstation has developed the same issue of not being able to uncheck "Set as default for future sequences". What's going on?
