Team Projects are empty in Premiere Pro 26.5.1, while Creative Cloud shows my projects and invites. Local Hub returns HTTP 400 when connecting to Adobe Team Projects.

Creative Cloud Desktop shows my pending Team Projects invitations and already accepted Team Projects, but Premiere Pro 26.5.1 shows an empty Team Projects list.

The Team Projects Local Hub log consistently shows:

Unable to login to remote hub, status: 400
server: https://cc-api-teamprojects.adobe.io:443

and then:

FinishFulfillment: unsuccessful status, url: "/api/archives", status: 400

Already tried:

  • sign out/in to Creative Cloud
  • reset Adobe App Info / Adobe User Info credentials
  • reset Team Projects Local Hub/cache
  • reinstall/update Premiere Pro
  • another Windows user profile
  • checked Adobe folders for symlinks/junctions
  • no third-party antivirus

Creative Cloud can see the projects and invites, but Premiere cannot retrieve them.

Could Adobe please check whether this is a Team Projects account/provisioning/authentication issue or a Premiere 26.5.1 bug?

I can provide the full Team Projects Local Hub logs.

    Hi @Peaceful_Coconut19cc

Thanks for stopping by the Premiere forums, giving us those details, and including that local hub attachment. I tracked down a similar issue that’s been recently reported in the last day on v26.5.1, so I’ll be adding this onto that report with your log.

Since you’re using Windows, can you confirm if win11 or 10 and what driver version/build you’re using?

And to clarify, can another teammate in the same Team Projects organization see or open the projects in Premiere under their own account?

To note, it looks like the log shows Windows and that the failure is happening during the remote Team Projects login/archive retrieval path. However, it doesn’t include the server’s explanation for the 400 underlying cause as to whether it’s account/provisioning, a service response, or a Premiere/Local Hub issue.

Sorry for any frustrations with this, and hope to help!

    Привіт, Кеті,

    Hi Katie,

I’m on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (build 26200.9457). This PC has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (driver 32.0.16.1692) and AMD Radeon Graphics (driver 32.0.21043.7012).

My friend and I use separate personal Adobe accounts. Neither of us belongs to an organization, so we can’t test access as teammates in the same organization.

The issue happens even when I create a Team Project by myself: the cloud icon immediately shows “Disconnected.” When I invite my friend, the invitation never arrives. Everything was working normally two days ago.

Please let me know what else would help narrow down the failure.

@Peaceful_Coconut19cc Appreciate your quick reply. That is helpful to know. I added those details on the report and will be keeping an eye on the investigation. We’ll return here with any further questions and/or after we receive any further updates on an upcoming fix.

Stay tuned, and again appreciate your effort and time reporting on this issue that can help others out, too!

    Thanks!
    Katie
