I can't seem to get the transcript window to appear in premiere.  I have reinstalled premiere and deleted the cache files.  I've attached screenshots of my computer specs and the premiere window for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out.  I can't tell from the image if it's hidden or not.  Is the Text panel not showing as a Tab?

 



What happens if you switch to the Text-based Editing Workspace?

I've included a photo of the text tab window with a blank screen. The second photo is in text based editing mode with a blank window.

Switch to Captions workspace and reset to the saved workspace. Do you see the Text panel?
