The Graphics Templates panel is gone and refuses to appear when selected from the "Window" menu

It is working correctly for me in PR 26.5.0 on Win 11.

This may not be it, but double check that it is not in the Project Panel group. I would swear it was not in that group before, but it is the same in PR 2025. In the Captions and Graphics workspace it is in the Properties panel group.

But if that is what it is, then when you look in the Windows list, you should see a check next to Graphics Templates. (It doesn’t appear, because it is already open somewhere.)

Thanks for stopping by the Premiere forums and giving us some details about your Graphics panel issue. I see you’re using Windows 11, and you mention the “current” version of Premiere but to confirm, do you mean v26.5 or can you let us know the version and build of Premiere?

A few more questions to help troubleshoot:
- What workspace were you in when this happened, and when you mention reset your Workspace prefs, do you mean you tried resetting the saved workspace?
- Are any other panels experiencing this?
- Do you possibly have dual monitors or any external? 
- Is this happening in all your projects, just some of them? What about a new, empty project?
