I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 and experiencing performance issues:

Problem description:
The software frequently displays the error message "Sorry, an error occurred", which severely disrupts my workflow.
Additionally, it is impossible to use the software offline. Whenever I disconnect from the internet, the application automatically closes. -
Steps taken:
- Issues with Scripts and Extensions: While working with new features like scripts and extensions, I face significant malfunctions, which are impacting my productivity.
Following your support pages and suggestions, I have tried the following:
- Checked all settings in the Preferences menu.
- Reviewed options under General and other sections.
- Inspected application files thoroughly using Finder.
- Executed several commands in the Terminal.
Unfortunately, none of these attempts resolved the issues, and the problems persist.

These issues are wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. As the software is not functioning properly, I cannot complete my projects efficiently and on time.
