Dear Adobe Team,

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 and experiencing performance issues:

  1. Problem description:
    The software frequently displays the error message "Sorry, an error occurred", which severely disrupts my workflow.
    Additionally, it is impossible to use the software offline. Whenever I disconnect from the internet, the application automatically closes.

  2. Steps taken:

    1. Issues with Scripts and Extensions: While working with new features like scripts and extensions, I face significant malfunctions, which are impacting my productivity.

    Following your support pages and suggestions, I have tried the following:

    • Checked all settings in the Preferences menu.
    • Reviewed options under General and other sections.
    • Inspected application files thoroughly using Finder.
    • Executed several commands in the Terminal.

    Unfortunately, none of these attempts resolved the issues, and the problems persist.

  3. Outcome:
    These issues are wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. As the software is not functioning properly, I cannot complete my projects efficiently and on time.
