All the videos on the timeline are accelerated, only the videos, the audio is normal
but I don't know how to fix it, some videos mentioned that it was a mistake in the audio hardware
that was causing the problem but I don't know what to do. HELP

Hi @Jair_Rivera Dominguez

Thank you for reporting a problem and sorry you've been experiencing issues. We need a few more details to help. Like Premiere Pro version you are on and hardware information. Please see How to Report a Problem.

In addition to media information, do you have any external devices connected to your computer at all? Where is your media and project stored?

Sorry for the frustration,
Dani

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:
https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
Here is a tutorial:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

I've tried that several times, my friend, and it didn't work.

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
