There seem to be generalized problems across the apps I am using

HI,

I have reported an issue with Premiere Pro and Audition, but now I am encounter a problem with Premiere and Media Encoder.

There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to easily view the clips I am sending to Encoder from source point in to source point out. I have used ai to try and resolve the problem to no avail.

This is all very frustrating, but I know that I have had a lot of expectations met with Adobe products in the past. Even so, I must report this, as it is consuming way too much of my time to do simple things which are now complicated.

I am not a big-time user of Encoder, but I have learned about it and it appears to be a very good tool for doing some of the things that would be helpful to me.

The problem is as stated above, the specs are:

I set in/out source points on a project in Premiere, went to export, sent the file to Media Encoder and made sure it was set to source in/out, but the whole project shows up in the source player, and there is no way to view the video in the output menu (as far as I can tell).

That is essentially the build and result of the process I am completing.

I am using Premiere Pro V26.2.2 (build 3) (same with Media Encoder)

I am running MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1

The file is a .mp4 (H.264)

Perhaps I am not versed enough in Media Encoder to understand that I am being dense, and if that’s the case - a quick correction would be appreciated. But as I understand it, the Premiere to Audition Marker problem is common with these apps, and I have seen (not relevant to this board, but) Photoshop causing me and many others myriad issues.

Does Adobe have an update planned for (the whole suite?) these programs soon?

Let me know,

Rob

I'm experiencing the same issue, in addition to others I've already reported here.

    My PC Specs:

    CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900XT

    RAM: 64 GB DDR4 @ 3600 MHz

Storage (System): WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe SSD

Storage (Scratch): WD Blue SN550 NVMe SSD

Storage (Cache): WD Blue SATA SSD 2.5''

GPU: RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB

I had to roll back to Premiere Pro Ver. 26.0.0 (72). It's "stable," but as I mentioned in my previous reports (which no developer here has acknowledged yet), it only works "okay." I'm still facing timeline zoom issues, and the transcriptions are completely broken.
