Track targeting icon not visible while dragging in 24.5.1 or above

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but it used to be different prior to 24.5.1. When using track targeting, if you were to click and drag a track target to another track, a ghostly view of that track target icon would follow your mouse around. Now on 24.5.1 and above nothing happens when you drag.

Though it still works, you can no longer see what you are dragging, making it tough to know if you're actually doing anything or if you've got it landing in the correct spot. The visual identifier for your actions has gone away.
