Transcribe Sequence isn't working

I use transcribe very regularly.  A 1-3 minute clip usually takes about 15 seconds for Adobe to transcribe. I’m sitting here for 30 minutes and the bar isn’t moving. I tried starting my project over and it still gets so far and then just stops. The program isn’t frozen, the bar just stops moving and it says “Transcribing on device (30 minutes remaining)”. I can cancel the request and Premiere still functions like normal, so it’s not freezing or needs a forced shutdown. I also restarted my MacBook Pro, on current OS Sequoia 15.7.5 and running Premiere 26.2.0 (Build 6S).

    @Dancuster85 Premiere 26.2 included a new set of transcription language packs, and it sounds like maybe on your system the process of installing the language pack got stuck. Normally it happens right after Premiere itself is installed. Could you try quitting Premiere, then going to Creative Cloud Desktop. Find Premiere in the Apps section, and click the “…” menu, then choose “Get add-ons”. Do you see your language there, and can you click “Add” or “Retry”?

    @Dancuster85,

    It’s a lot like this thread. But see my comment there re several other reports of transcription problems:
