Im having 4 issues with the transform effec in Premiere Pro 2026 (Check video for visuals)

Issue no.1 :
when using zoom in and then out , the zooming out is bugged and will always zoom out differently from 2024 (same presets are imported to 2026)

Issue no.2 :
Using 2 transform preset ( zoom in + zoom in ) will always resault in the 2nd zoom to be misaligned from the 1st zoom in

Issue no.3:
Changing the scale value will reset the keyframe to liner

Issue no.4:
When selecting all keyframs(ctrl + A) tryign to move all keyframes doesnt work

adobe version : 26.0.0 (build 72)
system : windows 11 pro
CPU: AMD R9 995x
GPU: Nvidia RTX 5070 ti

Driver: Studio 591.74

I just came to give one more vote to the Issue no4: “When selecting all keyframes(ctrl + A) trying to move all keyframes doesn’t work”

I used this feature all the time in Pr ’25, which is not working on Pr26 (26.0.2 Windows).

To be precise: On the Effect control’s window, with the window selected, with the keyframes panel “clicked”, Ctrl+A selects all keyframes, hidden or not. Them click+hold+move one of the keyframes would move all at the same time (In Pr ‘25), but no on Pr26. Click+hold+drag just not drag anything, keyframes get stuck.

The workaround is to make all keyframes visible, them manually select all of them by clik+hold+box selecting all, then they move altogether, which is a considerable work if you have many keyframes.

My guess is that the Ctrl+A feature is buggy, selecting one more “thing” by mistake, then blocking the movement.

I´ll transform my comment on a new ticket if not answered soon.

    Hi @zachary_5017
Have you noticed any other presets not working for you in v26? Are the preset zooms made for a specific sequence resolution? For instance, are you applying the preset to a 1920x1080 sequence in both v24 and v26? Right now, the only workaround may be to recreate all those personal zoom-in and zoom-out presets.
    Here to help.

As 2026 is not quite the same as 2024 I would re-create preset with 2026,

    See how that goes.

Using a new transform effect and just duplicating the effect in “effect control” to double the zoom amount still have the same resault , the end zoom point on the 2nd transform effect will always be different than the one in the first.
example: 1st zoom will target and hit top right corner , the 2nd one wont zoom on the same point and wont reach the targted corner

Duplicating is not the same as rebuilding
