i gogt the same . the reason of this thing is when you opened lots of panels its gets overflow . just close some of unused panel .then the problems get resolved . (for me it worked . just give it a try might work . )

The Audio Clip Mixer Window was the culprit for me.

It was displaying as quite wide, showing gray space to the right of the tracks.
My error was fixed when I made this panel smaller width.

After, I was able to make it bigger again and have no issue.

I had the same problem when I selected Window > Audio Clip Mixer.  The error warning popped up about every 30 seconds.
I closed the Audio Clip Mixer window and it stopped.

So I think I found the problem, but I don't know how to permenantly fix the issue. The problem is that one of the panels is glitching. There are a lot of weird repeating lines when I change the panel size. The panel buttons are also all over the place and some of them even vanished when I try to resize the glitching panel. I restarted Premiere and the panel turned back to normal and the error message was gone.

I hope this helps.

Same problem, I am getting this error on every project. It pops up randomly and appears multiple times per minute. Quite annoying
