Premeire Pro update 24.4.1 makes playback of .MXF files with Image Size: 3840 x 2160 Frame Rate: 59.94 unusably slow. I am on a PC with windows 11. 64 gb ram, i9-12900K and GeForce RTX 4070 with latest studio drivers. Footage was recorded with Canon R5C.

Footage played smooth prior to update. Footage would basically not play after update. Footage plays smooth again now that I reverted to 24.3 version.

Hi @dylanm3122084,

Thanks for writing in with your issue. Have you tried deleting the media cache? Press Shift at launch for the reset options dialog box. You can delete the cache from there. Try it and report back. I hope the advice helps.
