Video clip is playing a different audio file from another clip entirely

When i am playing back certain video clips in my project, the audio is not playing the correct video file. It is using a different one entirely. Oddly enough, when I restart PP, (latest update as of June 2026) some of the disrupted clips are playing its normal audio, and a different clip that was fine before, now plays a different audio clip. This has been an issue for me for years now, and seems to be no fix. I use a pretty old camera as of today's standards, but it never gave me this issue before. Using a Panasonic AVCHD camera if that helps.
