Vulnerability Report for OpenSSL

Hi there,

 

Has there been a way to get OpenSSL to be updated?

We have been advised of a vulnerability as the OpenSSL files are not atleast version 3.0.16.

The OpenSSL files in question:
c:\program files\adobe\adobe premiere pro 2025\libcrypto-3-x64.dll
c:\program files\adobe\adobe premiere pro 2025\libssl-3-x64.dll

 

Both are still 3.0.14.

 

We have updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro.

Hi Kevin,

Has there been any changes since this was advised? We need to arrange a risk acceptance on our end for our business.

Do we have an idea when the OpenSSL will be updated? Or what sort of expectation we need to advise to our security team to ensure we can reduce the amount of risk the outdated OpenSSL can impose.
