When audio clips are labeled white, the waveforms are invisible. The waveform colors should auto-contrast to whatever label color the clip has. Thanks!

I like using white as my default label color for new assets so I can clearly see what hasn’t been used yet in the project panel. But when I drag in a clip to the timeline, the audio waveforms are invisible because they’re too light. The waveform colors should auto contrast with the clip’s label color.

    Hi @Joshua26351983ras6,

It actually should.  Which label color preset are you in?  How are you setting the label color?  Which version of Premiere are you using?  I just did a test, and it is working fine for me.

Are you able to send a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Hi, I’m currently running Premiere 25.6.4 (work restrictions keeping us from using 2026 yet). Here is a screenshot of the same audio clip on both layers, one green one white. I use custom colors - the white one is just FFFFFF. This is happening on both PC & Mac.
