when I apply a graphic template "slam down title overlay" and other animations, the system no longer can render and locks up

A few questions to help narrow this down:

• Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?
• What operating system are you running?
• Do these templates come from Adobe Stock, Premiere Composer, Motion Array, Envato, or another source?
• Does the issue occur with all animated graphic templates, or only specific ones such as "Slam Down Title Overlay" and "New Modern Crumble Logo"?
• When Premiere freezes, does it happen immediately after adding the template, after editing its controls, or only when rendering/exporting?
• what is the resolution of the GFX’s? HD? UHD? 8K?

If possible, could you also provide:

• A screenshot of the template's controls.
• The source of the template.
• Whether the same template causes the issue in a brand-new project.
• provide any GFX files that are causing this issue

If the problem is reproducible with a specific MOGRT, sharing the template source would be especially helpful.
