Window Layout creating lag in Export Window opening

If I customize my workspace/window layout, it takes 3-5 minutes for the Export window to open when I go to File/Export Media.  However, there is no issue if I use one of the default Workspace layouts.  I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 version 25.3.0 (Build 84)...why is that?

That would drive a person around the bend. Sheepers.

 

But I've got nine custom workspaces, across a couple PC desktops and laptops, and haven't ever seen this.

 

So like many things, something is likely 'off' on your system for this to be happening.

 

So ... typical troubleshooting rules apply, please give:

 

OS/CPU/RAM/GPU, GPU driver, number of drives/types in use, media in use full data: what made it, format/codec/frame-size/rate, CFR or VFR.

 

Then we can probably start to get this solved.
