3D stager crash unexpectedly

我写信是为了寻求帮助，以解决我在使用 Adob​​e Substance 3D Stager 时遇到的反复出现的问题。

我的电脑配置是 MacOS Monterey 12.6.3（2.2 GHz 四核英特尔酷睿 i7、16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3、英特尔 Iris Pro 1536 MB）。尽管我努力更新并重新启动我的计算机，以及卸载并重新安装 Creative Cloud 和 Adob​​e 应用程序，但问题仍然存在。我的所有其他 Adob​​e 软件都正常工作，因此我推断此问题是 Substance 3D Stager 特有的。

    Hi @Connie8899!

     

    We are not able to diagnose working files directly on the forum website. Can you email the Stager scene file and log file that you are seeing this issue in to Substance3d-bugs@adobe.com so we can investigate. If the file is under 20 MB you can attach it directly to the email.  If it's larger, you can send via a file transfer link like Creative Cloud assets, Dropbox, We Share, One Drive, Google Drive, or similar.
