Blank Viewport

Hi everyone,

 

Some of you have reported a blank viewport at launch, preventing the use of the application. After an investigation on our end, it seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest NVIDIA drivers and our latest updates.

We are already working on solutions with NVIDIA, but in the meantime, rolling back to version 537.x drivers seems to fix the issue.

    Hi, up until 3 days ago Adobe Substance 3D worked correctly, today once opened, I can no longer see the grid, backgrounds and props.
    I cleared the cache, updated the drivers, reinstalled the program.
    Please help me I have a job to do.
